Four simple steps.
You always know which one you’re in.
01 | Walk Through
An hour in your home. We measure, look under the sink, and talk honestly about budget before anyone draws anything.
02 | Design/Selections
Plans, elevations, and a full material board in the studio. Every finish chosen and priced before demolition day.
03 | Build
Dust walls, floor protection, one crew, Friday photo updates. Waterproofing flood-tested and documented.
04 | Hand-Off
Punch list closed in a week; care sheet for your stone, and a builder who stands behind their workmanship.
“We were completely satisfied with the renovation of three bathrooms in our home. Quality work, attention to detail, and a reasonable cost — that’s what we wanted, and that’s what we found with Southern Bath Remodelers. Working with Raymond was easy from start to finish.”
— Suzie Estopinal
